1. Iqama at the planned request date

Fewer than 30 days remaining: the January 2025 Saudi Press Agency notice says Final Exit cannot be issued; renew or confirm another official route first.

2. Passport and location

Passport has at least 60 days of validity at the request date.
The person will be inside Saudi Arabia when the visa is issued.

3. Official-record blockers

Applicable traffic violations are settled.
No vehicle remains registered to the person leaving where the service requires this.
Required digital identity and fingerprint records are complete.
No conflicting active visa or official-record restriction remains.
The correct resident, sponsor, employer or head-of-household service route is being used.

4. Departure deadline after issuance

A KPMG alert dated 26 June 2026 reports 60 days from issue regardless of Iqama expiry. The exact first-party notice was not independently retrievable for this review, so use the issue and expiry dates displayed in Absher or Muqeem as the controlling record.

Ready for official verification: only when the Iqama has at least 30 days, every applicable checkbox is confirmed and the live service shows no blocker. This page cannot issue a visa or guarantee travel permission.

Why the rule is shown in two parts

A Saudi Press Agency notice published in January 2025 is the first-party source for the minimum 30-day resident-ID issuance gate and older duration bands. A KPMG alert dated 26 June 2026 reports a later 20 June Jawazat clarification that an issued Final Exit visa lasts 60 days from issue regardless of Iqama expiry. KPMG’s endnote points to a secondary report; the exact first-party notice was not independently retrievable in this review.

The older automatic 30-to-60-day duration inference was removed on 14 September 2026 so this checker cannot return a stale departure deadline. Evidence status was rechecked on 20 September 2026; the live Absher or Muqeem visa dates control.
