Use a confirmed daily basic-wage/payroll basis entered by the user. Maternity scenario: up to 50 days at full remuneration after one completed service year, subject to Article 96 conditions. Sick scenario: up to 14 days at full remuneration, then up to 28 days at half remuneration after three months’ service and medical certification. Unused annual leave scenario: entered due days less entered days taken, only at contract end.
