UAE School Fee Planner
Plan the annual school cash your household needs in Dubai or Abu Dhabi using the tuition, mandatory extras and transport amounts you copy from the published School Fees Fact Sheet for each school.
Calculate your estimate
Household planning estimate built only from the amounts you type; this is not a KHDA or ADEK fee quote and no school fee table is published here
On supported formula tools, a complete set of valid inputs refreshes the estimate automatically. You can always use Calculate estimate to review it again.

Scope of this calculator
Scope in
- Annual school cash planning for up to three named children plus a block of extra children at one amount.
- Tuition, mandatory extras and transport exactly as you enter them from the fact sheet.
- An optional sibling discount percentage that you enter yourself as a school or market policy.
Scope out
- Any published school fee table - we do not invent tuition amounts, so every figure is user-entered.
- KHDA inspection ratings, admission decisions and waiting lists.
- Refund rules, term payment schedules and late-payment penalties as legal outcomes.
- Fee increases approved for a future academic year.
Worked example
Example only: two children in Dubai at tuition AED 42,000 plus AED 8,000 mandatory extras plus AED 6,000 transport each gives a per-child subtotal of AED 56,000 and a household annual planning figure of AED 112,000.
Mini-example: one child with tuition AED 30,000, no extras and no transport returns AED 30,000 and nothing else.
How this calculator works
Per-child subtotal = tuition you entered + mandatory extras you entered + transport you entered. Children after the first have their tuition reduced by the optional sibling discount percentage you entered. Household annual planning figure = sum of the named children subtotals + (extra children x the single amount you entered for each). Nothing is looked up and no fee band is supplied by this site.

Common questions
Short answers for using this tool responsibly.
Does this page contain school fees?
No. There is no fee table here. You type the tuition, extras and transport bands from the published School Fees Fact Sheet for the school you are considering, and the planner only adds them up. Confirm the official source cited on this page before you act.
Is this a KHDA or ADEK quote?
No. It is a household cash-planning estimate. Only the school invoice and the regulator fact sheet state what you owe. Confirm the official source cited on this page before you act.
How should I treat the sibling discount?
Treat it as a school or market policy that you must confirm in writing. It is not a KHDA or ADEK rule, and this planner applies the percentage you enter to the tuition of the children after the first. Confirm the official source cited on this page before you act.
What about registration, uniforms and exam fees?
Put anything the school lists as mandatory into the mandatory extras field, and leave genuinely optional spending out so the planning figure stays comparable between schools. Confirm the official source cited on this page before you act.
