Use a neutral calendar check to compare a written Dubai tenancy-change notice with lease expiry. This does not decide a rent increase or a tribunal outcome.
What to check first
Use this checklist to prepare your facts and documents before relying on an authority portal, employer record or adviser.
1. Use the signed lease dates
Enter the relevant written-notice date and lease expiry date exactly as documented. Keep a copy of the notice and agreement.
2. Check the 90-day wording carefully
Article 14 states a no-less-than-90-day notice rule for intended term changes unless the parties agree otherwise.
3. Separate timing from market rent
The notice-date question is different from the rental-index question. Use Dubai Land Department’s Rental Index for the market reference and seek qualified help for a dispute.
